Buffet dinners include Indian harvest rice medley or baby red mashed potatoes, hot vegetable, penne pasta salad with fresh vegetables, black olives, parmesan cheese marinated in balsamic vinaigrette with herbs, tossed mixed greens with fresh vegetables and served with sour cream & dill dressing or huckleberry vinaigrette and bread & butter.
